Kings XI Punjab are the few teams which released all their players and built a completely new team under the captaincy of former Deccan captain Adam Gilchrist. They also got Australian David Hussey and Shaun Marsh along with England fast bowler Stuart Broad.
Indian fast bowler Praveen Kumar and spinner Piyush Chawla included again in the team while former keepwr Dinesh Karthik will do the keeping.
